Raven's Notes: The Murders P1

One of the important plot points that are made apparent as the story begins is that the murder the detective was investigating previously had unexplained evidence, that lead him to believe that the alleged culprit was innocent, however the culprit was found to be guilty while on trial, to the detective's dismay. What makes this interesting is that similar unexplainable evidence was found at the scene where the Mayor's Daughter is found dead. This implies that the murder of the original victim and that of the Mayor's Daughter might be the same person. I am still debating what the Unexplainable Evidence would be, but I believe it will be something along the lines of strange animal-like claw marks on the victim's bodies. This allows me to follow a more interesting path as the true culprit is revealed.
